 State Champion in 300 hurdles (Waukesha North) - Former dual-sport athlete (Track & Football) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison - Walk-on who earned a football scholarship - Member of 2 Big Ten Championship and Rose Bowl teams - Former professional football player for the Dallas Cowboys (2003-2005) and Oakland Raiders (practice squad, 2005) - Head Track Coach at Lakeland Christian Academy (2017-2019) - Participant in the Gene Upshaw Intern Program with the San Francisco 49ers (2022) - Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach (ISSA)
